Gananath Obeysekere on Ethics, Secularism and Institutions of Governance

The International Centre for Ethnic Studies and the Centre for Poverty Analysis conducted a roundtable discussion on “Ethics, Secularism, and Institutions of Governance” at the ICES Auditorium on November 27, 2013.
